We want you and your pet to love your order — no exceptions.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns:
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to request a return:
Email us at [pet07953@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge — no returns needed for small items, just photos for verification.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Used pet items (for hygiene reasons)

Shipping costs on returns:
Since shipping is included in our pricing, return shipping costs are not refundable.
However, if we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover it entirely.
